The approximately $3.6 million transaction expands Nuna's footprint to 7,838 square feet across two suites and converts its existing sublease into a direct lease with ownership, giving the company long-term control of its space. Before recommending the deal, our team benchmarked it against competing options in Solana Beach to confirm Nuna was getting market-leading value, then negotiated the lease language alongside Nuna's legal team, including stronger protections on operating expenses, subleasing rights, and the timing of its improvement allowance. To complete the move, Carter+Co subleased Nuna's former office at 120 South Sierra Avenue, waiving our fee entirely. We're grateful for Nuna's continued trust and excited to see the team grow in the heart of the Cedros Design District.
