After carefully evaluating the market, Carter+Co successfully negotiated a below-market sublease for move-in ready space that included furniture, creating an efficient and highly attractive solution for Joie Baby’s growing team. Known for its thoughtfully designed baby products, Joie offers a broad range of items including car seats, pushchairs, highchairs, cots and cribs, carriers, and other nursery essentials built to support families from infancy through the early years. The new headquarters space represents a major milestone for the company, as Joie Baby leased the largest space on Cedros Avenue. For a brand centered around style, functionality, and family-focused design, Cedros was a natural fit. Cedros Avenue is widely known as one of North County San Diego’s most distinctive shopping and creative districts, featuring more than 85 merchants, artisans, boutiques, galleries, cafes, and specialty retailers along a walkable stretch in Solana Beach. The area is recognized for its original character, design-forward atmosphere, and constant sense of discovery.
