Carter+Co is proud to have once again represented Cordial, a San Diego-based marketing technology company, in extending its lease at Emerald Plaza, 402 West Broadway. The 13-month renewal keeps Cordial's team in its approximately 5,000-square-foot office on the seventh floor through October 2027. When ownership opened negotiations with a proposed rent increase, our team pushed back and secured the renewal at the same rental rates as the prior term, along with a month of free rent and parking. The result gives Cordial the flexibility of a shorter commitment without paying more for it. This renewal continues a long-standing relationship: Carter+Co has represented Cordial through several lease extensions at Emerald Plaza, and we're grateful for their continued trust.
